In Austria alone EatHappy operates more than 35 shop-in-shop locations and far more than 500 EatHappy displays, which are supplied with daily fresh, hand-rolled Sushi from two industrial kitchens.

Since EatHappy has dedicated itself to the careful handling of fresh and sustainable food, exact planning is required, especially in production. At the same time it is a time-consuming work to coordinate all recipes, raw materials and transport channels. Exactly here we wanted a simplification and at the same time a relief for our employees. This is where we came across WorkAnizer and were able to transfer this process to a virtual employee.

Not only was the whole process analyzed and simplified in detail within a very short time, but within 2 weeks the complete implementation from idea to commissioning could be completed.

The creation and checking of production lists is a time-critical task that occupied one employee for about 20 hours per week. Now the focus is back on the core activities and no longer on the coordination of lists. The time freed up can now be used for other activities. If the virtual employee identifies discrepancies when creating the lists, pre-defined employees are automatically informed and can intervene directly.

The simplification of planning and coordination of production, regardless of whether it is a weekday or weekend, is essential to ensure that production can start on time.
